PLAYBOOK

Edition 01

A private guide to recognizing alignment, making meaningful introductions, and protecting the ZaderFlo standard.

We don't create demand. We recognize it.

01 — Welcome

Welcome to the Catalyst Program.

You are not here because we need more noise.

You are here because your judgment matters.

ZaderFlo grows through trust, alignment, and carefully recognized opportunities.

This playbook exists to help you understand how we think about introductions.

Not sales.

Not pressure.

Not persuasion.

Recognition.

02 — Why the program exists

The best business relationships rarely begin with advertising.

They begin with trust.

Advertising stops
Trust Relationship

The Catalyst Program exists for the moments when someone you know is building, growing, struggling, or ready for a better way to operate — and ZaderFlo may be the right alignment.

Your role is simple: recognize the moment, make the introduction, then let the relationship breathe.
03 — What ZaderFlo does

Business systems for service pros.

ZaderFlo builds business systems that remove friction from service businesses.

We help owners create smoother operations, better client experiences, and more effortless growth.

We build systems around the way a business actually works.

We are not here to sell "AI." We are not here to sell websites. We are not here to sell random automation.
Less chaos.
More flow.
04 — The golden rule

Never sell.

A Catalyst does not pitch. A Catalyst does not convince. A Catalyst does not chase. A Catalyst recognizes alignment.

If someone needs to be pressured, they are not ready.

If someone is curious, open, and aligned, the introduction will feel natural.

Luxury never chases.

05 — Recognition

Every business owner leaves clues.

Some clues are obvious. Some are quiet. Listen for friction:

missed calls constant interruptions manual admin confusing workflows lost leads slow follow-up late invoices poor visibility owner burnout messy growth

These are not sales opportunities.

They are signals.

Your role is not to solve them.
Your role is to notice them.

We don't create demand. We recognize it.

06 — What alignment looks like

Alignment feels natural.

A good potential client is usually someone who:

Owns or operates a service business
Values professionalism
Wants better systems
Cares about client experience
Is tired of operational friction
Understands that quality costs more than shortcuts
Is ready to improve, not just complain

The right people do not need to be pushed.
They recognize value when it appears.

07 — Who is not a fit

Not every business is meant for ZaderFlo.

Do not force introductions. ZaderFlo is probably not the right fit for someone looking for:

the cheapest option
instant magic
one-click AI
bargain pricing
quick hacks
endless negotiation
results without participation
someone to "just build a website"

This protects everyone.

The wrong introduction creates friction.
The right introduction creates flow.

Selectivity is part of the standard.

08 — The two cards

Two cards. Two purposes.

The Catalyst Card

This card stays with you.

When alignment feels real, you invite them to scan the QR code in the moment.

You may then share your ZaderFlo business card.

The introduction is made without transfer.

Once the scan happens, the next step belongs to them.

The Official Founder Card

Given after the scan is complete.

It becomes the client's card.

It lets them continue exploring privately.

It represents the official ZaderFlo brand.

The Founder Card becomes theirs. The Catalyst Card always remains yours.

Presentation standard

Present the Catalyst Card first.

Allow the client to scan.

Then hand them the Official Founder Card.

Do not pressure. Do not oversell. Let the experience continue on its own.

Security

Never photograph, text, email, or duplicate your QR.

Report a lost Catalyst Card immediately — a new CAT identifier is issued.

Running low on Official Founder Cards? Notify ZaderFlo before your next introduction.

The QR opens the private /audit experience. Every submission carries your CAT identifier, so the introduction is attributed to you.

The Catalyst Card is not given.
It is used.

09 — How to introduce

Make it feel like a trusted introduction, not a pitch.

Avoid
"You should hire ZaderFlo."
"They can fix your business."
"You need this."
"I can get you a deal."
"They do AI."
Better
"I met someone that immediately made me think of you."
"This may or may not be a fit, but I think it's worth a conversation."
"If you're serious about cleaning up the way the business runs, you should take a look."
"I don't want to oversell it. I just think there may be alignment."
"It's less about AI. It's more about how the business runs."

Never explain more than you need to.

10 — The introduction is complete

Offer the scan. Step away.

Notice alignment Offer the scan Step away ZaderFlo takes over
Once they scan the code, your role is complete. Do not follow up with pressure. Do not check in with the prospect. Do not ask whether they booked. Do not negotiate. Do not explain services on ZaderFlo's behalf. Do not chase.

The QR code leads them to the Audit page.

If they are aligned, they will take the next step.

ZaderFlo takes it from there.

The strongest introductions never require pressure.

11 — Protecting the brand

Protect the standard.

As a Catalyst, you are trusted with access to the ZaderFlo relationship network. That trust matters. Please do not:

promise results
quote pricing
negotiate terms
describe yourself as part of ZaderFlo
explain technical services in detail
pressure anyone to book
make guarantees
represent ZaderFlo without approval

You are not expected to know everything.

You are expected to keep the introduction clean.

You do not represent ZaderFlo. You introduce it.

Represent the philosophy, not the products.

12 — Recognition & rewards

Meaningful introductions are rewarded.

Trust Relationship Signed client Reward

Every successful introduction matters.

Rewards are issued after all conditions in the Catalyst Agreement are satisfied.

When a qualified introduction becomes a signed ZaderFlo client, the Catalyst is rewarded according to the Catalyst Agreement.

Your Catalyst Agreement outlines the complete referral program and payment terms.

The reward follows the relationship.
The relationship begins with trust.
13 — The ZaderFlo Platform
